The volume of the production hall has a rectangular shape with dimensions of 48.85m in length and 24.45m in width, covering an area of 1,174.89 m². Its structural system is composed of steel I-profiles, consisting of 8 modules of 6/23.9m, reaching a height of 8.56m.
The second volume, which includes auxiliary production areas and storage space, also has a rectangular shape. It consists of 8 modules of 6/6m and a corridor made up of 4 modules of 2.5/6m. The auxiliary production areas and storage space span two levels, with a total area of 659.83 m², distributed as follows:
Auxiliary production areas: 218.97 m²
Offices: 31.84 m²
Storage space: 252.80 m²
Other auxiliary rooms and communication areas: 156.22 m²
This volume is constructed using steel I-profiles, with a floor-to-floor height of 3.4m.
The building is positioned at an elevation of +0.45m from the ground level and is located on the eastern side of the plot, adjacent to a service road.
